REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR A PRESS DESIGNATION Members of the media interested in attending UNIV-CON SEVEN should e-mail Topher Young, 2008 UNIV-CON Manager at manager@univcon.org. Those requesting media registration must be currently employed by a publication or news organization. Press credentials are only issued to editorial staff members that are reporting on the events, programs and activities at UNIV-CON and conference participants. A letter from your employer that describes your assignment may be required. Freelance writers are required to supply an assignment letter. Please e-mail your letter to Topher Young at manager@univcon.org or call (814)933-0555 by close of business on Thursday, September 10th, 2008. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, and media badges may be picked up on site at the UNIV-CON Registration Desk. *Please note that UNIV-CON and its officials reserve the right to deny any media or press from reporting on the events, programs and activities at UNIV-CON or conference participants.
