UNIV-CON SEVEN will be held this year at the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel, located at 215 Innovation Boulevard · State College, PA 16803 ___________________________________________________________
The Penn Stater offers 58,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, complete with banquet and meeting amenities, a smoke-free environment, technologically sophisticated audiovisual equipment and event planning services. The Penn Stater has over 41 professional conference rooms and even an elegant 10,000-square-foot ballroom great for the largest of events. Start your day with a refreshing workout at the fitness center and lap pool before taking in the sights of the area. The Penn Stater which also houses the official hotel of the conference will be the primary location for events and workshops for the conference. Complimentary Snacks & Beverages:
In previous years, guests have been so caught up in the event that eating and meals became hard to fit into the schedule. As a token of our appreciation to all of our guests and attendees, UNIV-CON is providing complimentary snacks and beverages to all attendees. The snack bars will be located outside of workshop rooms and will be filled consistently to allow for all guests to be able to grab a quick snack and drink in between workshops.
Registration & Pass Pickup:
In previous years, conference passes have been mailed and picked up at the conference. Due to the ever growing popularity of the event, we can no longer mail out the conference passes to attendees. All attendees will pick up their gold and silver passes upon arrival to the conference. Registration window hours will be posted in the near future, so please check back.
Lounge Areas: Every one needs a mental and physical break now and again, especially during a four day conference. The Penn Stater comes equipped with several large and high quality lounge areas where you can just sit and relax. With FREE wireless access throughout the building, you can keep up to date with all your friends and family at home.
